FitFor45 in Lucan & Ashbourne have signed up to take on Hell & Back on Saturday, 6th of June, in aid of My Lovely Horse Animal Rescue. FitFor45 will take on an 8KM endurance run through rugged rivers, forests, water and bogs!

Over the past 3/4 years, FitFor45 have raised over €7,500 for My Lovely Horse Animal Rescue, who do unbelievable work rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming unwanted, neglected and abused horses, dogs, cats and many more animals that you would never expect. MLHR and FitFor45 believe that all animals deserve kindness, compassion and our deepest respect. MLHR has created a safe haven for our rescued friends at their three farms, where they make sure that each and every one of them has a life worth living. FitFor45 previously done a volunteering morning at MLHR and saw firsthand the amazing work that MLHR do for animals in Ireland.

It will be a challenge, of cours,e but it will give all of their members something that they can be proud to be part of, all for a great organisation! 🐶🐈🐴
