Come and join us for a festive yoga session with our amazing professional instructors Niamh and Eimer.
We will be joined by volunteers from MLHR and you will get the chance to meet some of the MLHR dogs after the class.
30 mins of yoga followed by 30 mins of cuddling and spending time with our dogs.
Class starts at 1 pm on 14th December and space is limited to 20 guests.
Taking place in the Elbowroom, Stoneybatter, Dublin 7.
