MLHR Christmas Yoga and Pilates is back! Join us in The Elbowroom, Stoneybatter on December 6th for a Yoga class and a Pilates class, all in aid of MLHR.
It will be a 30-minute class and 30 minutes of meeting, playing and cuddling the rescue dogs in our care ❤️
Christmas dress up is encouraged but not essential.
12 pm – YOGA
1.30 pm – PILATES
Please bring your own yoga mat if possible.
